At Dental Studio, we are looking for an exceptional GDC Registered Dental Nurse to become our Digital Smile Design Nurse / DSD Lead and play a key role in our journey towards becoming a DSD Certified Clinic.
Following advanced Digital Smile Design training in Miami, we are now building a more structured, premium and digitally led patient journey and we need the right person to help bring that vision to life.
This role would suit someone who loves cosmetic dentistry, digital workflows, clinical photography, scanning, patient communication and high-quality private care.
You will work closely alongside Dr Neresh Behari, supporting advanced cosmetic, restorative and digital smile design cases. More importantly, you will become a key part of the patient journey, helping patients feel informed, excited, supported and confident from their first consultation through to their final smile transformation.

Dental Studio is a fully private dental practice with sites in Waterlooville and Chichester, providing cosmetic, restorative, implant, Invisalign and general dental care.

The Role
This is a unique hybrid role combining:
· Advanced Chairside Nursing
· Digital Smile Design Support
· Clinical Photography
· Intraoral Scanning
· Patient Journey Support
· Treatment Coordination
· High-End Cosmetic Dentistry
You will primarily support Dr Neresh Behari with digital and cosmetic workflows, including:
* Supporting Digital Smile Design consultations and records
* Taking high-quality clinical photographs and videos
* Carrying out intraoral scans and digital records
* Preparing patients for DSD, Invisalign, veneer, bonding and smile makeover journeys
* Helping organise case information, photos, scans and communication
* Supporting patient education and confidence
* Helping create a smooth, premium and memorable patient experience
* Working closely with the clinical and front-of-house team to keep the journey seamless
This role requires someone who is highly organised, calm under pressure and confident around patients.
You will need to enjoy detail, structure and high standards.
Friday Treatment Coordinator Day
One day per week will be focused on Treatment Coordination and patient journey management.
This will include:
* Speaking with patients about treatment options
* Helping patients understand their next steps
* Supporting consultation follow-up
* Building strong relationships with patients
* Helping patients feel comfortable and confident about treatment
* Supporting case acceptance through excellent communication and care
* Keeping the patient journey organised from enquiry to completion
You do not need to be a salesperson.
But you do need to be confident, warm, professional and able to explain things clearly.
The Person We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with the right attitude, values and potential.
The right person will be:
* GDC Registered as a Dental Nurse
* Experienced in dental nursing
* Confident with clinical photography
* Confident or willing to develop in intraoral scanning
* Highly organised and reliable
* Warm, professional and polished with patients
* A strong communicator
* Calm, positive and proactive
* Comfortable working in a high-end private practice environment
* Interested in cosmetic dentistry, smile design and digital workflows
* Willing to learn, grow and take ownership
* Able to work closely with a clinician and anticipate what is needed
* Passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience
This role would suit someone who takes pride in their work, notices the small details and wants to be part of a forward-thinking practice.
Desirable Experience
The following would be an advantage, but is not essential:
* Previous Treatment Coordinator experience
* Private dentistry experience
* Invisalign experience
* Smile makeover or veneer workflow experience
* Digital Smile Design experience
* Experience supporting high-value treatment journeys
* Experience with photography, video or social media content
* Strong interest in aesthetics, digital dentistry and patient communication
Full support, mentoring and training will be provided for the right person.

Location
The role will be mainly based at our Waterlooville practice, with occasional travel to our Chichester practice when required.
Suitable for candidates from:
Portsmouth, Waterlooville, Havant, Fareham, Petersfield, Chichester, Southampton, Winchester and surrounding Hampshire areas.
