Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lettings Administrator to join our dynamic property management team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and will manage a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient lettings operations. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help foster positive relationships with clients and support the overall success of our lettings department. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Duties

Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professional phone etiquette, providing clear information about available properties and rental processes
Manage property listings, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date using property management software
Conduct data entry for new tenant applications, lease agreements, and other documentation with precision and attention to detail
Maintain organized records of all correspondence, applications, and rental agreements in compliance with company policies
Support the team with general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scheduling appointments to keep the department running smoothly

Requirements

Previous office experience or administrative background is highly preferred, demonstrating strong organizational skills
Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

This i a full time position with the successful candidate willing to work from 9am-6.00pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays between 9.30am and 1.00pm.
