About The Job

As a Recruitment Co-ordinator you will work in a dedicated team to support the recruitment and onboarding activities for a specific service area (Adults, Children’s, Central) You will work alongside our Recruitment Specialists recruiting to our key roles and will support candidates and hiring teams with questions and support with the onboarding for relevant recruitment campaigns.

You will interact directly with both internal stakeholders and candidates to ensure they have a great journey through the recruitment process. You will help ensure regular touch points throughout the process and will make a difference to someone’s first steps into the organisation. You will be working to tight deadlines sometimes and will need to be able to think independently but you will be joining a supportive and fun team, and you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills.

About You

Some of the key skills, experience and knowledge required to be successful in the role include:

Ability to manage changing priorities and multi-task to ensure deadlines are achieved.
Organisation skills with really strong attention to detail, ensuring compliance with checking of relevant documentation and where necessary provide advise / support on the gathering or completion of relevant checks
Excellent communication skills to enable you to build relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, problem solving as you go, whilst delivering a focused customer service that meets their needs.
Sound administrative experience – preferably in a recruitment environment

Importantly you will also be able to bring enthusiasm and willingness to interact with people in an engaging way.
