Full job description

We’re seeking a Channel Merchandiser to join our team and help shape the future of our brand.

What You’ll Do

Manage stock allocation and replenishment across channels and regions.
Monitor availability, sell-through, stock cover and inventory health.
Identify opportunities to improve inventory deployment and channel performance.
Support seasonal stock management, trading actions and inventory rebalancing.
Coordinate stock movement through monthly inventory review processes.
Support markdown and clearance activity to reduce aged stock risk.
Produce reporting and analysis on inventory and channel performance.
Partner with Commercial, Operations and Supply Chain teams to support effective stock flow.
Support planning system development and inventory governance initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

Experience in merchandising, allocation, inventory planning or commercial analysis.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Strong Excel and reporting capability.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Key Success Measures:

Channel availability performance.
Sell-through and stock cover optimisation.
Reduction in aged stock exposure.
Improved stock allocation efficiency.
Inventory accuracy and reporting quality.
Support of full-price sales growth.
