Full job description

S L Newman Grab Hire Ltd is recruiting for a class 2 HGV tipper grab driver.

Main duties: to service commercial and domestic sites supplying aggregates and muck away removal.
Hours of work: 06.30 - 16.30 Monday to Friday. Some overtime available Saturday 06.30 - 12.30.
Annual holiday entitlement: 28 Days Holiday. This includes Bank Holidays.

The right candidate will be well versed in the use of :

Tacho Management.
Will be able to complete daily walk round checks.
Organised and self motivated.
Have basic maintenance experience.

Here at SL Newman Grab Hire we encourage our drivers to keep our vehicles to a high standard and using analytics, it helps us support our cost saving exercises which benefits you as a driver with our monthly bonus scheme.

Minimum of two years HGV driving experience required.

Supervised Training will be given depending on level of experience.

A clean driving licence with your DQC and Tacho Card available on request.

MPQC, CSCS, ALLMI and NPORS Cards have an advantage but not essential.
