You may have another job or other commitments. That is not a problem. However, you must be able to reliably take on agreed shifts within our daytime changeover hours.

Bath Rental Partners is a professional short term accommodation company managing high quality Airbnb and holiday let properties across Bath.
Our guests are often visiting Bath for a special stay, so cleanliness, presentation and reliability matter enormously. We are structured, organised and take pride in doing things properly.
We are looking for a dependable Airbnb Cleaner / Property Housekeeper who enjoys creating spotless, guest ready spaces and wants a clear, well organised role with flexible daytime work.
The Role
You will be responsible for preparing our Airbnb properties between guest stays, ensuring each home is cleaned, reset and presented to a consistently high standard before the next check in.
Guest check out is from 10:00am and check in is from 3:00pm, so all cleans take place within this window. Shifts are allocated through our scheduling app, where you will be able to see which properties are due each day.
Full training and induction will be provided. We will show you how each property is set up, how linen is managed, how beds should be presented and the standard expected across our portfolio.
Once trained, this is an independent role. You will be trusted to manage your daily cleans, work efficiently and leave every property looking excellent for the next guest.
How the Role Works
Each working day follows a clear structure.
1. Start at Our Storage Unit
Before 10:00am, you will begin at our storage unit at Vanguard Self Storage in central Bath, where parking is available.
You will:
- Check the scheduling app to see which properties are due that day
- Prepare the correct clean bedding, towels and supplies for each property
- Load the required linen and cleaning kit into your car
2. Complete the Property Changeovers
From 10:00am, you will travel to the assigned properties and carry out the Airbnb changeover cleans.
This includes:
- Cleaning the property thoroughly
- Making beds neatly to our required standard
- Restocking supplied essentials where needed
- Ensuring the property feels spotless, fresh and guest ready before check in
At each property, you will strip the used bedding and towels and place them into the linen bags provided by us. These bags are then loaded into your car during working hours and returned to the storage unit after the final clean.
3. Return Linen and Keep the Storage Unit Organised
Once your final clean is complete, you will return to Vanguard Self Storage to unload the used linen, ready for collection by our professional linen company.
Linen collections and fresh linen drop offs take place every Tuesday and Friday morning.
You will also help ensure that:
- Used linen is correctly bagged and ready for collection
- Fresh linen deliveries are unpacked neatly onto the correct shelves
- The storage unit remains tidy, organised and presentable
Key Responsibilities
You will be expected to:
- Complete Airbnb changeover cleans to a high standard
- Remove used bedding and towels and replace them with fresh linen supplied by us
- Make beds neatly with a hotel style finish
- Dust and wipe all surfaces thoroughly
- Vacuum and mop floors as required
- Fully clean kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces
- Restock toilet rolls and other supplied guest essentials where needed
- Report damage, missing items or maintenance issues promptly
- Return used linen to the storage unit at the end of the shift
- Help keep the linen shelves and storage unit organised
- Maintain your own ongoing cleaning chemicals and cloths responsibly
Cleaning Products and Equipment
We provide:
- Fresh bedding and towels
- Linen bags for used bedding and towels
- Toilet rolls and core guest consumables
- Vacuum cleaners already located within each property
- Initial cleaning products and cloths to help you get started
- Parking permits for successful applicants where required
You will be responsible for maintaining your own day to day cleaning products and cloths once trained.
Cloths must be kept clean and ready for each shift. They may be washed at home, or in one of the properties where appropriate, provided they are always removed afterwards and never left behind for guests.
Pay and Earning Potential
We operate a clear pay per clean model to keep things simple, transparent and fair and make payment monthly.
Typical rates start from:
- £25+ per clean for studio or smaller one-bedroom properties
Typically 45 minutes to 1 hour
- £35+ per clean for smaller two-bedroom properties
Typically around 1.5 hours
- £40+ per clean for larger two-bedroom or smaller three-bedroom properties
Typically around 2 hours
These timings are based on our experience operating short term accommodation properties over several years and assume properties are being attended regularly and maintained to our normal standard.
The pay per clean model rewards both quality and efficiency. On a busier day, a competent, hard working cleaner can realistically earn £100+ between 10:00am and 3:00pm.
The number of cleans will vary depending on bookings. Some days may involve one property, while busier days may involve several. We aim to allocate work fairly and build long term working relationships with reliable people.
Essential Requirements
Please only apply if you meet the following:
- You drive and have access to your own car
- You are based in Bath or within easy travelling distance
- You are available to work within the 10:00am to 3:00pm changeover window, Monday to Sunday depending on bookings
- You are comfortable starting and ending shifts at our central Bath storage unit
- You are physically able to transport bedding, towels and cleaning supplies between your car, the storage unit and properties
- You are reliable, punctual and organised
- You are comfortable working independently after training
- You take pride in presenting properties to a high standard
- You understand that Airbnb cleaning requires more detail and care than a basic domestic clean
Previous Airbnb, serviced accommodation, hotel housekeeping or high end cleaning experience is helpful, but not essential. Reliability, attitude and attention to detail matter most.
