Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Crew members to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in a variety of events, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences. The successful candidates will play a vital part in supporting event organisation, guest engagement, and overall event success. Prior experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

Duties

Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all equipment and materials are prepared and stored correctly
Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service throughout the event
Support event management by coordinating activities and ensuring adherence to schedules
Manage guest queries promptly and professionally, addressing any concerns or special requests
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of event areas before, during, and after events
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless flow of event operations
Setting up the venue and packing down of all equipment such as: Heras fence, staging, ped barriers, tables, signs etc.

Skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members effectively
Experience in management or hospitality is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for all aspects of the role
Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and professional demeanour
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or during special events as required
