Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional massage services, ensuring clients feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and satisfied. This role offers an opportunity to utilise your skills in a welcoming environment, delivering personalised care and enhancing clients' well-being. The position is paid and suitable for individuals passionate about massage therapy and customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of massage treatments
Deliver professional massage services tailored to individual client needs
Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas
Provide excellent customer service by understanding client requirements and offering personalised advice
Ensure client comfort and safety throughout all treatments
Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
Promote additional services and retail products to clients where appropriate

Experience

Proven experience as a Massage Therapist offering different types
Level 3 or higher
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
Ability to work in a professional manner while maintaining a friendly demeanour
Previous experience working in a spa or salon environment is advantageous
