Part/Full Time Property Manager/Inspector/Viewer/Administration

Whitegates Estate Agents are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our busy property management team.

We are one of the most established and growing residential letting agent in the area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving, working in a busy environment and has an interest in property.

No two days are the same, and the role requires someone who can stay organised, prioritise workload and communicate clearly with tenants & landlords.

Responsibilities

Conducting Inspections, inventories & check outs on Managed properties
Conducting viewings
Liasing with the Senior Property Manager on admin/tasks required when working in the office.

Skills and Experience

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisation and ability to manage a busy workload
Confident handling high volumes of phone calls and emails
Knowledge of property maintenance or property management/letting agency is required
Full Driving License is required

Positive attitude is essential. Drama queens, moaners and fuss pots need not apply.

Working hours TBC but requirement of at least 3 full days or 4 / 5 part days is also considered as well as full time.

Saturday 9am to 1pm on a 1 in 4 rota basis

Salary will be dependent on experience.

Pay: From £24,500.00 per year
