Full job description

The Role

Operate and maintain one of our fleet of Case tractors.
Land Preparation, destoning, and light cultivation duties.
Irrigation of maincrop potatoes.
Support the wider farm team as required with general farm operations.
Health and Safety compliance with farm policies.
Input into farm-wide decisions alongside Farm Management Team.
Progression opportunities to relief sprayman and other varied roles.
Servicing an array of farm equipment in purpose-built workshop.

Candidate Profile

Experience in tractor driving and agriculture preferred.
High Attention to Detail ensuring precise operation and a high standard of work.
Team-orientated, with a willingness to support colleagues across farm operations.
Proactive approach, with strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently when required.
Telehandler and forklift qualifications desirable.
Full UK driving license essential.
Hard working and diligent individual.
Basic mechanical and maintenance knowledge.
