Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled FM Electrical Engineer and FM Mechanical Engineers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving electrical systems across our facilities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, applying your technical expertise to ensure operational efficiency and safety. The ideal applicant will possess strong electrical experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
Troubleshoot electrical faults using specialised diagnostic tools and techniques
Install, repair, and upgrade electrical components in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations
Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks
Collaborate with other engineering teams to optimise system performance
Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications accurately
Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and procedures to minimise downtime
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies at all times during operations

Experience

Proven electrical or Mechanical experience within an industrial or facilities management environment
Hands-on experience with electrical systems installation, troubleshooting, and repair
Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools in a professional setting
Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations governing electrical work
Previous experience working in a team-oriented environment is desirable but not essential
Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals effectively
