Full job description

General Maintenance Worker
Full Time | Competitive Rate of Pay/ Seasonal Position until Christmas.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Maintenance Worker to join our busy team. This is a varied role suited to someone with a good range of practical skills and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

General maintenance and repair work across the site
Basic plumbing, joinery and electrical repairs
Painting and decorating as required
Assisting with grounds and site maintenance
Identifying and reporting maintenance issues
Working safely and maintaining high standards throughout the park

Skills & Experience

Essential:

Experience in a general maintenance or trade-based role
Practical knowledge of basic plumbing, joinery and electrical work
Full UK driving licence
Own Transport required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Desirable:

PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates
Digger and/or telehandler experience
Experience working in parks, estates, holiday parks, construction or similar environments

Training & Development
