Job Purpose

By creating safe, inclusive, and engaging environments, you will inspire and support youth workers to deliver activities that improve wellbeing, build confidence, and develop skills. Contributing to innovative programme design and modern youth spaces, you will help maximise opportunities for young people to thrive, while ensuring our services remain dynamic, accessible, and valued by the community. Rate of Pay

Rate of Pay: £16.30 - £17.37 per hour. Hours of work are 35 hours per week: Monday -Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm (50 minute unpaid lunch break applicable daily) & Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm (40 minute unpaid lunch break applicable). Regular evening and weekend work is essential and required for this post.
