We have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Metal Polisher/Finisher to join the Lasercell team, located at our manufacturing facility in West Dean on the outskirts of Romsey / Salisbury on a full time, permanent basis.
No previous experience required, on job training provided.
The Role
- To provide a general hand to the fabrication team by operating machinery such grinders, sanders and linishers.
- Perform some workshop cleaning tasks when required ensuring work and storage areas are clean and well maintained.
- Working to company procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Any other reasonable duties as instructed by the management team.
Experience
- Previous experience working in a similar capacity within manufacturing or engineering desired.
- Willingness to work in a team to reach deadlines.
- Knowledge and dedication to Health and Safety within a busy workshop.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic knowledge of workshop tools and equipment.
