Key Responsibilities

Manage corporate meetings and events enquiries from initial enquiry through to confirmed booking
Create personalised and engaging proposals tailored to client requirements
Support proposal writing, contracts and administration within the Event Creation Team
Deliver a professional, efficient and guest-focused service throughout the booking journey
Identify sales opportunities and pass leads to the Sales Management Team where appropriate
Support diary and rate management across enquiries and bookings
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a high standard of communication throughout

Person Specification

Previous experience within meetings, events, sales or hospitality administration
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries at once
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confident working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Passionate, enthusiastic and guest-focused approach
Interest in the meetings and events industry and current market trends
