Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in marketing, project management, and analysis within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support various marketing initiatives, coordinate projects, and contribute to the organisation’s growth through effective communication and organisational skills. Duties

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and print media.
Support the creation of marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools.
Conduct market research and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights relevant to B2B marketing strategies.
Coordinate project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently through excellent time management.
Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing engagement metrics.
Organise events, meetings, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
Prepare reports and presentations summarising campaign performance using analysis skills and organisational abilities.
Support leadership in various administrative tasks related to marketing projects.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrable experience or interest in marketing, with a focus on B2B strategies preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and IT tools relevant to marketing tasks.
Good analysis skills for interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
Experience or knowledge of project management principles is advantageous.
Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
