We have an exciting new vacancy for an Operations Manager to join our team at The Grand Hotel Scarborough. Nestled in the heart of the town, just a short walk from Scarborough Train Station, our 413 room hotel offers breathtaking views of the picturesque harbour and South Bay.

Your duties will include:

Ensuring that each department delivers a consistently high standard of service enhancing the guest’s experience.
Achieving business objectives and maximising the profitability of the site.
Maintaining effective cost controls in all areas.
Managing and working alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
Working seamlessly with our busy sales team to support sales initiatives to maximise revenue.

The ideal candidate will be an Experienced Hotel Operations Manager with a strong background in overseeing daily hotel operations. They should possess a can-do attitude as well as excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
