HiQ Bicester is a modern flagship Autocentre and MOT Test Station within the HiQ Franchise backed by Goodyear. We specialize in comprehensive vehicle maintenance services including MOTs, servicing, diagnostics, clutch repairs, timing belts, and state-of-the-art 4-wheel computerized wheel alignment.
Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Branch Service Manager to lead our team. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of vehicle care aligned with our company's values.
Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the service team to deliver outstanding automotive solutions.
Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Oversee service processes including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance scheduling.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and franchise standards.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Foster a positive team environment that promotes continuous improvement.
Liaise with suppliers and manage inventory levels effectively.
Qualifications
Proven experience in automotive service management or similar leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance services including diagnostics and wheel alignment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage operations efficiently and motivate a team.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with safety regulations and franchise standards.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive technology or management are preferred.
