At Bidwells, we're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Community Manager to become the driving force behind occupier engagement and community activation at Grove Business Park ( a business park we manage on behalf of our client!) This is an opportunity to make a real difference—creating an environment where businesses, partners and the local community feel connected, supported and inspired.
In this role, you'll lead the creation and delivery of a high-quality occupier experience, developing engaging events, communications and initiatives that bring the park to life. Acting as the key relationship builder across occupiers, on-site partners and the local community, you'll play a central role in fostering a connected, collaborative and thriving business environment.
Working closely with Property Management, Facilities Management, and PR & Marketing teams at Bidwells, you'll champion experience-led activities that support the wider vision and place strategy for the park.
For more than 185 years, Bidwells has been at the forefront of real estate, driven by our mission to deliver the UK's most sustainable and innovative property advice. Our Investment & Property Management team manages a diverse portfolio of commercial assets valued at over £1.3 billion on behalf of leading institutions, colleges, property companies and family trusts.
This is a part-time opportunity, working 25–30 hours per week across 4–5 days.
What you’ll be doing

Build relationships with occupiers, on-site partners, local organisations and key stakeholders to create a connected and engaged business community.

Deliver events and engagement programmes, including networking opportunities, occupier initiatives and community activities.

Manage communications and occupier experience, from onboarding and welcome materials to ongoing engagement and enquiries.

Gather insights and feedback, monitor engagement levels and provide reporting to drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate across teams including Property Management, Facilities Management, PR & Marketing, leasing agents and client representatives.

Support ESG, social value and community initiatives, building partnerships that deliver positive local impact and enhance the park experience.

About You
We're looking for someone with energy, creativity and a genuine passion for bringing people together. Your background is less important to us than your ability to build strong relationships, engage with a wide range of people and create a sense of community. Whether you've worked in marketing, events, hospitality, customer experience, community engagement or another people-focused role, you'll be someone who enjoys making connections, spotting opportunities and turning ideas into reality. You'll be a confident communicator, highly organised and self-motivated, with a proactive approach and a flair for creating engaging experiences and content. An interest in innovation, wellbeing, sustainability or community initiatives would be a bonus, as would experience with social media, content creation or design, but above all we're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about helping Grove Business Park become a vibrant and connected place to work and visit.
*Experience working within property, placemaking or mixed-use environment would be desirable.*
