Full job description

To work as part of a team, in Bicester and surrounding area, delivering the highest standard of care to people in their own homes.

To support the Manager in a supervisory role.
To respect the client’s dignity, independence, rights and choices at all times

DUTIES may include the following tasks

Providing high quality care to clients including those with complex needs
Assisting with new client assessments
Assisting with compiling and reviewing client care plans
Participating in the on call rota, responding to urgent out of hours calls.
Assisting with recruitment, interviewing and selection of care staff
Assisting with induction and training of new recruits
Assisting with monitoring and supporting a team of carers
Promoting and maintaining CQC compliance and Social Services contractual requirements.
Assisting with production of weekly rotas and coordinating care using Carefree software system
Providing administrative support in the office if required

This job description is not intended to be exhaustive. The post holder will be expected to adopt a flexible attitude to the duties, which may, after discussion, have to be varied subject to the needs of the service and in keeping with the general profile of the post.

Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care preferred

Driver essential

This salary will be reviewed after six months based on performance.

On call allowance weekday, with an enhanced rate for the weekend.

Access to company car subject to meeting insurance requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
