Property Manager – Harrogate

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per year (depending on experience)

LentinSmith is a well-established, independent letting agency based in Harrogate, managing an expanding portfolio of properties across Yorkshire. We are looking for a motivated Property Manager to join our team.

Whether you already have experience in lettings or property management, or you're looking to build a career in the industry, we'd love to hear from you. Full training and professional development are available for the right candidate.

The Role

This position combines office-based responsibilities with property visits and appointments. You'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service to landlords and tenants while supporting the day-to-day management of our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for tenant enquiries by phone, email and in person.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords and prospective applicants.
Arrange and conduct property viewings.
Carry out routine property inspections and liaise with landlords regarding maintenance and repair issues.
Prepare property listings, including taking photographs and producing floor plans.
Ensure all work is completed in line with ARLA best practice and company procedures.
Deliver outstanding customer service while working towards team and business objectives.

About You

Good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
The ability to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload.
A collaborative approach and a strong team ethic.
Confidence in negotiating and communicating with a range of people.
A full UK driving licence.

Salary & Benefits

£30,000–£35,000 per year, depending on experience.
21 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.

Working Hours
