Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in a dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, providing vital support to various departments.

Responsibilities

Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
Utilise Microsoft Office and Xero for various administrative tasks
Prepare reports and presentations as required
Maintain an organised office environment, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed

Skills

Proficient in clerical tasks with a strong understanding of office procedures
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and Xero is advantageous
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
Strong data entry skills with the ability to manage information accurately
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
