Job Title: TIG & MIG Welder

Location: Espersykes Farm, Old Malton YO17 6RE

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts (4-day working week)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

With vast experience within our team, we come together to create a robust engineering business. We specialise in welding fabrication, machining, and precision folding.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable TIG/MIG Welder to join our production team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on both bespoke one-off pieces and production-based work in a workshop environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in both TIG and MIG welding, and be comfortable working with engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform TIG and MIG welding tasks to produce high-quality components.
Work on both bespoke, one-off projects and routine production work.
Read and interpret basic engineering drawings to ensure precise and accurate welding.
Work efficiently and accurately at a bench, maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Collaborate as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Follow engineering instructions to meet quality and safety standards.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of TIG welding experience.
Minimum of 1 year of MIG welding experience.
Ability to understand and follow basic engineering drawings.
Experience working in a production environment and with bespoke projects is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work well within a team.
