Join Our Team: Front of House Manager (Part-Time)

Are you the ultimate people person? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment where first impressions are everything? We are looking for a friendly, organised, and energetic person to become our Front of House Manager

As the first and last point of contact for our clients, you won't just be "sitting at a desk"—you’ll be orchestrating the salon floor, ensuring every guest feels pampered, and keeping our stylists on track.

This part time position will include working every other Saturday.

Your Role & Responsibilities

You’ll be the "Director of First Impressions." Your day-to-day will include:

Guest Relations: Greeting clients, managing the check-in/out process, and providing top-tier refreshments.
Booking Mastery: Managing the salon software, handling phone enquiries, and optimising the stylists' schedules to ensure a smooth flow.
Safety First: Performing and arranging mandatory patch tests for new and returning clients.
Revenue Growth: Taking payments accurately and confidently upselling our premium retail products and add-on treatments.
Communication: Offering a fabulous first impression and handling client feedback with grace.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you’ll need a specific blend of professional elegance and "can-do" attitude:

The "Vibe": A warm, welcoming personality with a genuine interest in the hair industry.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using booking software and handling digital payments.
Communication Skills: An exceptional telephone manner; you should be clear, professional, and able to build instant rapport with clients over the phone.
Sales Flair: You don’t need to be a "shark," but you should feel comfortable recommending products that truly benefit the client.
Organisational: The ability to multitask under pressure
Reliability: Showing up on time with a ready to go attitude is essential.
