About Us

We are a busy, friendly, and professional salon looking for an experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional treatments and outstanding customer service in a welcoming environment.

We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and positive team player who is passionate about the beauty industry and committed to maintaining high standards throughout the salon.

Requirements

Essential:

Minimum 5–10 years' experience as a Beauty Therapist.
Fully qualified and experienced in:
Manicures
Pedicures
Gel nail treatments
Body and facial waxing
Intimate waxing
Massage treatments
Facials
Facial electrical treatments
CACI
Excellent client care and communication skills.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality beauty treatments to clients.
Provide professional consultations and aftercare advice.
Maintain treatment rooms and equipment to the highest standards.
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the salon.
Assist with salon opening and closing duties.
Help with cleaning, laundry, stock management, and preparation of treatment areas.
Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat bookings.
Contribute positively to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference.
Assist in training and mentoring junior therapists to uphold service quality standards.
Promote retail products effectively to enhance client satisfaction and maximise sales opportunities.
Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products through continuous professional development.

Working Hours

Full-time position.
Must be available to work Saturdays.
