The role of General Operative is the perfect opportunity for you to get your foot in the door with one of the area’s largest employers, with a proven track record of recognising, nurturing and developing our workforce.

Main Responsibilities

As a General Operative with 2 Sisters, you will be handling raw chicken. Plus, you’ll be expected to:

Adhere to strict food hygiene practices, regularly cleaning your hands.
Follow Health and Safety guidelines, looking after yourself and your colleagues.
Work at a consistent rate to ensure that daily production targets are met. (don’t worry, we’ll give you time to get up to speed)
Follow set standard operating procedures.
Be a part of the team.

This post is working a 2-week rotating shift pattern:

WEEK 1 –Monday to Saturday; 06:00-14:30 (full week Gross £594.12)
WEEK 2 – Monday to Friday; 14:30-23:00 (full week Gross £479.13)

The rate of pay is £12.50 per hour (£15.00ph Sat, if all weekly hours complete)

Good Work Ethic – Its fast paced here, don’t let your colleagues down.
