Full job description

TPPL are a company located adjacent to the guided bus route just north of Cambridge and are a leading provider of Procurement products and services to local authorities, and the wider public sector across the United Kingdom.

Established for over 20 years, we have over 980 public organisations utilising our services, which primarily cover the fleet category and include contracts to supply vehicles such as cars, vans, minibuses, refuse trucks, specialist, and heavy goods vehicles as well as other vehicle associated goods and services.

We are a uniquely positioned rapidly growing business with a team of dynamic individuals allowing us to take a versatile and agile approach to public procurement.

With an ever-increasing number of customers utilising our products and services, we are seeking to recruit a well organised individual with a keen eye for detail and desire to establish themselves as a Business Support Administrator.

Being a small company, the successful candidate will have a multi-faceted and varied role within a busy and continually expanding team.

Typical activities include but are not limited to the following;

· General administrative, compliance, and HR support

· CRM Workflow updates (In-house system)

· Order processing

· Creation of supplier order status reports (Microsoft Excel)

· Supporting the month-end process

· Invoicing

· Credit control

· Overseeing business services such as policy renewals including insurances, phones etc.

· New member/supplier set-up

Experience:

· General Administration: 1 year (preferred)

· XERO accounting software (preferred)

· Basic HR functions

· working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
