We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused individual to support the effective delivery of
procurement, purchasing and sales administration activity across the Channel Islands. Working as
part of the Business Support team, the role will provide day-to-day operational support including
managing procurement processes, obtaining supplier quotes, preparing customer sales quotes,
coordinating software renewals and licensing, maintaining accurate records, and supporting stock
control and managed print requirements.

The post holder will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers across our
Guernsey, Jersey and Dubai operations to ensure that procurement and sales support activities are
delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with agreed processes. The role requires strong
organisation, communication and attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring value for money,
timely delivery, effective supplier relationships, quality control and appropriate governance across
purchasing and renewal activity.

Ability to build, maintain and manage effective supplier relationships, including obtaining quotes, supporting negotiations and ensuring value for money.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work effectively with internal stakeholders, customers and external suppliers.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines accurately and efficiently.
Strong IT skills, preferably including Microsoft 365, with the ability to learn and use procurement, sales and internal business systems effectively.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Able to use initiative, resolve problems and identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and ways of working.
Ability to handle confidential and commercially sensitive information appropriately, professionally and in line with company policies

Provide general administrative support to the sales and procurement team, including data entry, scheduling and document management.
Manage the procurement process from end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services to internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and related documents.
Prepare sales quotes and collaborate with the sales team and clients to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Responsible for software renewals and licensing management.
Provide general administrative support to the sales and procurement team, including data entry, scheduling and document management.
Work closely with vendors to obtain quotes and negotiate pricing to ensure that the organisation is receiving the best value for goods and services.
Monitor inventory levels and inventory reports, replenish key stock items within maximum and minimum levels. Work with the procurement team to ensure that all necessary supplies are in stock.
Assist the Managed Print Services team with printer contract quotes and renewals. Order spare parts as instructed and maintain an adequate stock of printer consumables.
Participate in special projects as assigned by management.
Comply with local data protection, health and safety legislation and all company policies and procedures.
Be flexible to take on other duties as and when required.
