Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Server or Waitress to join our team at STK Rooftop in Stratford. In this role, you will be essential in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service in a lively and welcoming environment. Your contribution will help us maintain our reputation as one of the most loved destinations in the area.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.

Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.

Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality standards.

Provide excellent guest service by addressing customer needs and inquiries.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations diligently.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a server or in a similar hospitality role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of food safety standards.

Strong time management skills.

A friendly attitude with a passion for guest service.

Basic math skills for handling transactions.

Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred.

Pay: £12.71-£19.00 per hour
