Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin / Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage essential financial records, oversee accounts payable processes, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Your expertise in accounting software and dedication to accuracy will help maintain the financial health of our organization while providing exceptional support across departments. Responsibilities

Manage and record financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Process accounts payable, ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting activities
Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence management
Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Answering Calls
Admin for day to day running

Skills

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial reconciliation
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills for collaboration across teams
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices
Experience with general administrative duties including data entry and record keeping

Pay: £13.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
