Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, remote tools, or ticketing system.
Diagnose and resolve Windows desktop/laptop, hardware, and software issues.
Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
Perform password resets and user account administration in Active Directory.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi and VPN access.
Set up new user devices and support onboarding and offboarding activities.
Log, update, and resolve incidents through the IT ticketing system.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior support teams when necessary.
Maintain IT assets and ensure documentation is kept up to date.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA targets.

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
