Property Operations Coordinator
£18 per hour + mileage
Part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time management position
Simply Elizabeth Cleaning Services is growing and we are looking for the right person to join us.
This is a hands-on role combining property care, quality control, contractor support and operational coordination across domestic, holiday let and hospitality properties throughout our service area and beyond as the business continues to expand.
You will work directly alongside the business owner, learning our systems, standards and approach to property care while helping support the day-to-day operation of a growing business.
While cleaning forms an important part of the role, this position is about much more than cleaning. We are looking for someone who enjoys responsibility, takes initiative, notices the details others miss and wants to become a key part of the business long-term.
As the business grows, the successful applicant will gradually take on additional responsibilities including leading jobs, supporting contractors, carrying out quality inspections, assisting with operational planning and acting as the owner’s representative when required.
This position has a clear progression pathway into management. The successful applicant will initially work directly alongside the business owner before gradually taking on increased responsibility for contractor support, quality control, operational coordination and day-to-day business management.

The role includes:
- Deep cleans and property reset services
- Holiday let and guest-ready preparation
- Move-in, move-out, seasonal and restoration cleans
- Preparing properties to consistently high standards
- Supporting quality control inspections and property checks
- Assisting with contractor coordination and site organisation
- Learning business systems, standards and operational processes
- Supporting scheduling, planning and day-to-day operations
- Working across a variety of homes, holiday lets and hospitality properties throughout our service area and beyond as the business continues to grow
- Representing the business professionally with clients and contractors when required

Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Confident communicating with clients and contractors when required
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Experience in cleaning, hospitality, administration, customer service, property management, operations or team leadership would be advantageous but is not essential
- Able to travel throughout our service area and beyond as business requirements evolve
- Physically capable of cleaning work, including lifting, bending and being on your feet for extended periods
