Full job description

Scallops. Venison. Langoustines. Ribeye steak.

If you get as excited by those words as we do, then we’ve got the perfect job for you! We’re looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our award-winning team at Prime Steak & Seafood.

Up to £15.25 per hour, or 33-35k salary (dependent on experience)

From the banks of the River Ness, Prime serves up the very best local produce to create unforgettable seasonal menus for locals and visitors to Inverness.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE...
Taking deliveries and prep work – ensuring our ingredients are fresh and ready for action
Working in all sections of the kitchen
Participation in in-house and external training to ensure you and the team are at the top of your game.
Assist the head chef in the design and costing of new seasonal menu
Running the kitchen in the absence of the Head & Sous chefs
Supporting the Head and Sous Chefs in team development and smooth kitchen operation.
