Full job description

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Internal Sales Coordinator to support our growing Agricultural and ATV/UTV machinery division. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and sales administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, technical environment.

You will act as a key point of contact for customers, supporting the external sales director, coordinating machinery orders, handling enquiries, and ensuring a smooth sales process from quotation through to delivery.

The position offers the opportunity to work with leading agricultural and off-road vehicle products while building strong relationships with farmers, contractors, and rural businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound sales enquiries for agricultural machinery, ATV, and UTV products
Prepare quotations, sales orders, finance documentation, and customer correspondence
Coordinate machinery availability, delivery schedules, and customer handovers
Support the external sales team with lead management and customer follow-up
Maintain accurate sales records
Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, workshop teams, and logistics providers
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for machinery, attachments, and accessories
Assist with promotional campaigns, trade shows, open days, and customer events
Ensure high levels of customer service and aftersales support

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in internal sales, sales support, or customer service
Knowledge of agricultural machinery, groundcare equipment, or ATV/UTV vehicles preferred
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively
Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset
Full UK driving licence desirable

Desirable Experience

Background in agriculture, farming, rural retail, or machinery dealerships
Experience working with machinery manufacturers or distributors
Understanding of finance proposals and machinery sales processes

Pay: From £26,500.00 per year
