Print & Vinyl Shop Operative

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable Direct-to-Media & Vinyl Shop Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will operate printing and vinyl production equipment, ensuring high-quality output while meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with vinyl cutting, paper trimming, and laminating processes
Monitor production quality and identify defects or print issues
Set up machines according to job specifications and production schedules
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment
Maintain accurate production and quality records
Follow all health and safety procedures
Operate direct-to-media flatbed printers and related production equipment

Requirements

Previous experience in print production, Vinyl shop environment
Good attention to detail and quality control
Ability to operate machinery and follow technical instructions
Good teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Good knowledge of print process and pre-press requirements.
Print calibration knowledge

Salary: DOE
