Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Office Junior/Administrator to join our team. This paid role offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable administrative experience within the energy brokerage industry. The successful candidate will support daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow across departments.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing inquiries appropriately
Assist with data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to maintain accurate records
Support administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring schedules are up-to-date and well-organized
Handle basic clerical tasks including typing correspondence and updating databases
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations
Provide general support to team members, fostering a productive and positive office environment

Qualifications

Previous office experience or administrative background is preferred but not essential; a proactive attitude is key
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Good phone etiquette with clear communication skills
Experience with data entry, clerical tasks, and using QuickBooks is advantageous
Ability to type accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephones
