About the Role

Come and join our team at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2025! We've been at the Fringe for 5 years and what started as a small team has grown into something really special. We're looking for enthusiastic people to be part of it this summer.

The role involves distributing flyers across the main Fringe areas in Edinburgh. You'll be assigned a show based on your interests and encouraged to interact with audiences, inspiring them and ultimately selling the show. As part of the role you'll also get to watch performances and meet the acts you represent, giving you a genuine connection to the shows you're promoting. Full training will be provided, and no prior experience is required.

About You

We're looking for someone with a passion for the performing arts who enjoys working outdoors and engaging with the public. A friendly approach and a positive attitude are all you need, we'll help you with the rest.

About Us

We're proud to be unlike any other street team at the Fringe. We don't just hand you a stack of flyers and send you on your way, we invest in our people. Many of our team members return year after year and we stay in touch with a lot of them long after the festival ends. That says everything about what kind of team we are.

One of the things that makes working with us truly unique is the access you get. As someone who represents the shows, you'll get to know the acts personally, watching their performances, understanding their work and building real connections with some incredible performers from all over the world.

We work hard, but we look after each other. From regular team socials to making sure everyone feels supported and valued throughout the festival, being part of High Flyerers is an experience in itself, not just a summer job.
