Bakery Supervisor / Head Baker – Bath

£36,700 - £40,250 equivalent salary | 45 hours per week | Night Shift (5pm–2am)

We're working with a well-established artisan bakery business in Bath that is looking to appoint both a Bakery Supervisor and a Head Baker as part of its continued growth.

These are hands-on leadership opportunities for experienced bakers who are passionate about producing high-quality artisan products and developing bakery teams.

We're keen to speak with:

Head Bakers
Bakery Supervisors
Senior Bakers looking for their next step
Bakery Team Leaders from artisan or food production environments

What we're looking for:

Strong bread production and dough handling experience
Knowledge of shaping, fermentation and baking processes
Experience leading, coaching or developing teams
Passion for quality, consistency and continuous improvement
Ability to work within a fast-paced production environment

What's on offer:

£15.70 - £17.20 per hour depending on experience
Equivalent salary of approximately £36,700 - £40,250
45-hour contract
Any 5 days from 7 including weekends
Night shift operation (5pm–2am)
Long-term career progression opportunities
