We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our fun and dynamic team. You’ll assist in supporting up to 10 individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives while leading a team that’s as passionate as you are about making a difference.
Willow View is a lovely, peaceful bungalow a short distance from the main home. You may be required to work at both homes. Here’s what your role as Team Leader will look like:
· Righthand Rockstar: Support the management team by overseeing staff performance, providing constructive feedback, and facilitating professional development opportunities for team members. This role involves ensuring that all staff adhere to organisational policies while fostering a positive work environment where everyone feels motivated and valued.
· Personal Care Champion: Lead a team in assisting individuals with daily tasks such as getting dressed, showering, and enjoying nutritious meals. Your leadership will empower the team to provide care that helps individuals feel confident and valued.
· Activity Coordinator: Oversee the planning of engaging activities that promote joy and well-being. Whether it’s organising arts and crafts, games, or movie nights, you’ll ensure that individuals have opportunities to explore their interests and talents.
· Life Skills Development Coach: Mentor support workers in guiding individuals to develop essential life skills. From cooking simple meals to managing personal hygiene, your guidance will help foster independence among those in your care.
· Health & Wellness Advocate: Ensure that health needs are monitored effectively by leading the team in reporting any changes. Your proactive approach will help maintain a safe and healthy environment for everyone.
· Team Leadership Extraordinaire: Collaborate with your team to create personalised care plans tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Your leadership will inspire teamwork and enhance the quality of care provided.

Shifts:
- 8am – 8pm
- Full time contract 36 hours
- Working alternative weekends is essential

Key Skills Required:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Strong numeracy, literacy and computer skills,
- Broad knowledge of Learning Disabilities and other related conditions
- Participating in on call essential
