Who we are
Scaling Edge is a performance marketing agency. We run paid Meta and Google campaigns for established service businesses, companies already doing well that want to do significantly better. We don't chase likes or vanity metrics; we get our clients qualified leads, booked calls, and real revenue.
The results speak for themselves. We've booked 151 qualified sales calls for a single client. We've driven 6x return on ad spend for another. We've built an in-house content studio in London where our clients film 90 days of content in a single day, the kind of operation most agencies can only talk about. We're growing fast, and we're looking for one exceptional person to grow with us.
The role
You'll be the bridge between Scaling Edge and our clients, and the person responsible for them getting results.
That means two halves of one job. On one side, you're the relationship: the calls, the updates, the reassurance when they're nervous, the straight talk when they need it. On the other, you're the hands on the account: launching the campaigns, reading the numbers, fixing what's underperforming, and pushing what's working. You sit with our central team, whose entire purpose is to deliver results, hit KPI targets, and help our clients reach the next level of revenue, including supporting them with content and social media so their whole marketing engine fires, not just the ads.
Done well, this is one of the most rewarding roles in marketing. You see the direct line between your work and a real business growing, and you get the credit for it.
What you'll actually do, day to day
- Manage client conversations across Slack and WhatsApp, keeping them updated, in the loop, and confident in the work
- Launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta and Google
- Send clear, sharp weekly performance reports that tell clients exactly where they stand
- Run client calls with confidence and control
- Own client onboarding, getting new accounts set up and producing fast
- Keep clients updated on progress, wins, and what's next
- Drive KPI targets and actively help clients climb to higher revenue levels
- Support clients with content and social media marketing, so their whole presence works together

On the experience side, ideally you've managed client relationships and run paid campaigns before, on Meta and ideally Google too. Comfort with tools like Slack and CRMs such as Go High Level or HubSpot is a real plus. But if you're sharp, hungry, and a fast learner, we'd rather train the right person than hire the wrong one with a perfect CV.

Meta Ads, Google Ads, Slack, WhatsApp, and CRMs like Go High Level and HubSpot. You don't need to know all of them on day one; you need to be the type who learns them quickly.
