You will be immersed in live projects, external events and employer engagement opportunities and will have the opportunity to develop and grow your own talents working alongside industry professionals to ensure your learners gain the Employment Edge.

Who we're looking for:

An inspiring, flexible and enthusiastic teacher who will ideally have experience working in further education.

The role involves preparation, delivery and assessment of our creative performing arts programmes. You’ll need excellent planning and organisational skills to prepare high quality lesson plans and teaching resources and will be enthusiastic about sharing good practice.

You’ll be responsible for inducting, motivating, coaching and guiding your group of students through their learning journey; developing inspiring lessons, ensuring they’re on track, marking and assessing their work and holding regular reviews to help them progress.

We’d like you to have experience, teaching up to level 4, of:

Acting for Stage

Acting for Screen

Self-Tape/Showreel/Auditions

Voice and Movement

Acting Techniques

Creative industries Business and Enterprise

We’d also like you to be as passionate as we are about delivering top quality training and helping people build their confidence and skills, taking pride delivering fantastic lessons that help students thrive and achieve their very best.
