Job Description:

Healthcare Data Processor

Location: Cobalt Business Park, North East England

Hours: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours/week)
Office-based only (remote working not available)

At Virprac, we support GP surgeries across the UK with specialist clinical data services. This role involves processing and clinically coding high volumes of GP correspondence using various clincial IT systems. You will review incoming documents, extract relevant clinical information and apply accurate codes in line with defined protocols.

We work to clear daily targets. Output is measurable. Accuracy is tracked with real time feedback and progress is visible. This role suits people who enjoy structure, focus and steady improvement. The work is detailed and requires concentration. It contributes directly to maintaining accurate patient records within primary care.

We value real-world experience in GP Practice or Primary Care and a robust understanding of how to work well with others.

Have at least 2 years experience in General Practice

Recently graduated with no relevant subject experience
From a secondary care or hospital-only background
Clinically trained and looking to ‘dip back in’ to patient-facing roles
Seeking a short-term role or not ready to commit to structured training
