Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional barber to join Gemma and Micheala. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service within a vibrant salon environment, specialising barbering services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. Duties

Providing high-quality barbering services tailored to individual client needs
Engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the salon workspace and tools
Assisting clients with consultations to determine suitable styles
Upholding health and safety standards in accordance with salon regulations

Experience

Proven experience in customer service, ideally within a salon or barbering environment
Skilled in barbering procedures
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively and provide clear advice
Fluency in English is essential for effective interaction with clients and team members
Previous experience working as a barber or hair stylist is mandatory
