About Us

ZLA Logistics LTD is a fast-growing logistics company providing professional delivery services throughout the North East. We are looking for reliable, motivated Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to join our expanding team.

If you enjoy driving, can work efficiently under pressure, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, we’d like to hear from you.

The Role

As a Multi-Drop Delivery Driver, you’ll be responsible for completing a daily delivery route across Newcastle, Gateshead and surrounding areas. You’ll load your vehicle, deliver parcels safely and efficiently, and provide a professional service to customers throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

Complete daily multi-drop delivery routes.
Load and organise parcels efficiently.
Deliver parcels safely and on time.
Use a handheld device to scan and confirm deliveries.
Carry out daily vehicle checks.
Maintain excellent customer service.
Follow all road safety and company procedures.
Keep your allocated vehicle clean and presentable.

Requirements

Essential

Full UK driving licence.
Minimum 12 months driving experience.
Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, CD or IN convictions).
Good knowledge of Newcastle, Gateshead and surrounding areas.
Physically fit, as the role involves regular lifting and walking.
Excellent time management.
Professional and reliable attitude.
Right to work in the UK.

Desirable

Previous multi-drop delivery experience (Amazon, DPD, DHL, Evri, Yodel, Royal Mail or similar).
Experience using handheld delivery scanners.
Experience driving long wheelbase vans.
