Dispensing centre- With our ever increasing business we are looking for qualified new team members.

we are a online pharmacy servicing the local community and Multiple care homes , focused on providing exceptional customer service and using the latest robot technology . This is a great opportunity to develop your pharmacy career

Work hours 8.00am or 9.00am to 5pm- Monday to Friday (Start time can be discussed. Overtime is also available during the week and at weekends.

Essential Requirement:
Applicants must already hold a recognised Pharmacy Dispensing qualification (NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent). Applications from candidates without a dispensing qualification will not be considered.

Job description

We are looking to recruit a full Pharmacy Technician or pharmacy assistant with a minimum of 1 years experience at our branch located in Coventry, knowledge of proscript preferred but not essential.

We are distance-selling pharmacy so the right candidate must be good at using various computer software and systems and have exceptional communication skills via social media, emails and telephone. This is often a fast paced environment and we're looking for people with a genuine passion for pharmacy. If you are interested in further developing your professional career, we can support you towards achieving this goal.

The right candidate will also be required to successfully complete a 3 month probationary period.

Skills

Good organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Forward thinking and able to manage their own workload
Tech savvy.
Most importantly, a positive attitude with a desire to learn and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Details:

Specifics on Job Role will be discussed during the interviewing process.
Hours: Monday to Friday. 9:00am-5.00pm.
the successful candidate will need to be confident to achieve some of but not limited to the duties below-
achieve the best possible outcome through a person’s medicines by managing, ordering, receiving, maintaining and supplying medicines and other pharmaceutical products safely, legally and effectively, whilst meeting the regulatory standards
be confident to provide person-centred health advice to all patients
support the management of the day to day operation of the pharmacy, eg clinical governance, business operation and processes, including where appropriate the supervision of members of staff
maintain a quality service through auditing and evaluating the service and processes, and respond to feedback
advise people, in a wide range of settings, on the safe and effective use of their medicines and devices
manage your own professional and personal development
ensure patient safety, by promoting safe practices, and the effective use of systems
provide specialist services in response to local and national needs and initiatives
