Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Breakfast and Bar Assistant, where your energy and hospitality skills will shine! In this dynamic role, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming guests to our breakfast service and bar area. Your enthusiasm will help create memorable experiences by preparing delicious food and beverages, delivering exceptional guest service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our morning and evening offerings. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service during breakfast hours and at the bar, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, beverages, and bar offerings with precision and care.
Assist with food safety procedures, maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
Manage guest orders efficiently using POS systems, upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, bar station, kitchen workspace, and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery during busy periods while demonstrating excellent time management skills.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm for learning is key!
Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy service times.
A proactive approach to guest services, upselling opportunities, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
