Location: Glasgow based (fully office based)

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility depending on business needs

About the Role

As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring things run smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, helping to manage schedules, coordinate tasks, and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and organising appointments
Supporting with inbox management and correspondence
Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics
Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Assisting with general administrative tasks as required

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Flexible and adaptable, able to manage changing priorities
Warm, friendly, and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proactive and willing to learn
