Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist Lead within our Solutions department to drive growth within our Modern Workplace services portfolio, with a specific focus on Managed Device Lifecycle (MDL) and Joiners, Movers & Leavers (JML) services. Operating in a hybrid work model, this pivotal role is responsible for owning and delivering revenue targets by identifying customer requirements, shaping service-led propositions, and closing business opportunities.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, from identifying, qualifying, and progressing opportunities across new and existing accounts to developing commercial pricing models and leading RFP/RFI responses. You will act as a trusted advisor to translate customer challenges into scalable managed services, while clearly articulating the comprehensive value of MDL—including device provisioning, deployment, storage, asset management, re-use, and disposal—alongside JML processes and digital transformation programmes.

Collaboration is essential; you will work cross-functionally with solution architects, sales teams, pre-sales, technical teams, and service delivery teams to develop compelling proposals, lead customer workshops, and conduct discovery sessions focused on workplace transformation. Additionally, you will build strategic relationships with vendor partners to enhance service capabilities, support marketing campaigns, and ensure alignment with Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions, such as Intune, Autopilot, and Azure/Entra ID.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Own and deliver revenue targets for MDL and JML service offerings
Identify, qualify and progress opportunities across new and existing accounts
Build and manage a strong pipeline aligned to modern workplace strategies
Engage with key stakeholders to position business value
Develop the the product and services across the Modern Workplace stack
Articulate the value of MDL; device provisioning, deployment, storage, asset management, re-use and disposal
Translate customer challenge into scalable solutions
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop compelling proposals
Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions focused on the workplace transformation
Build trusted advisor relationships with partners
Align with Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions; Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID
Support Marketing campaigns
Work with vendor partners to enhance the service capabilities and go-to-market.
Key stakeholder for the end-to-end sales cycle
Develop pricing and commercial models
Lead RFP/RFI responses related to MDL and JML services

Key Personal Requirements

Proven experience in IT services sales and Modern Workplace solutions
Strong understanding of Device lifecycle management (DLM)
Strong understanding of JML programmes and processes
Experience selling managed services
Ability to communicate technical concepts, provide accurate scope of works
Ability to track and record meetings, opportunities, scopes and deliverables
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, MDM, Intune, Autopilot, Azure/Entra
Experience with ITSM tools and MDL/JML workflows
Experience in digital transformation programmes
