Full job description

Could this be for you? With the restaurant serving some of the country's best cheeses, the bar serving the award winning d'Arenberg wine range and our Liquor Loft bar offering fantastic cocktails, d'Arry's is a very exciting place to work!

We're now looking for a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to help guide the business along side the General Manager, previous experience would ideal, but a passion for food & wine is a must.

In addition to general assistant manager duties, you will also be expected to:

In the absence of the general manager, to ensure the smooth running of the business
To provide customers with the best experience possible from start to finish
To be able to demonstrate expert knowledge of our products
To motivate and lead by example, ensuring you and your team have fun at work and are proud of your achievements in the best interest of the business
To act as a positive ambassador for the business.
Work in a positive manner to encourage a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
Uphold the licencing objectives and ensure the licence of the premises is protected at all times.
Maintain a good understanding and practice of Food Safety Regulations, including COSHH, Allergens, SFBB and FIFO
Remain customer focused at all times by being approachable and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needs.
