Join Our Team! ✨

Evening Cleaning Position in Mamhilad! at a specialist day college based in the the park there.

Position Hours are as follows - 2 hours a shift, Monday through to Friday, plus you get the school holidays off! (You can work at other sites during the half terms if you like!)

We don't mean to brag... but we're kind of a big deal! ;)

Extreme Kleen is the fastest growing Cleaning Company is the South West and Wales. In short, we clean, maintain and manage all manor of sites, keeping them spick and span and safe for staff and visitors alike!

We clean everything, from house clearance to unattended death, sharps and pigeon guano, our team do the lot, even the boss gets stuck in! But don't worry about that (we try and keep him out of the way), some of those jobs aren't for everyone,But we want YOU! to be the next member of our commercial cleaning team.

You will be the person, the go-to, the face of the business! Who will be responsible for looking after one of our favorite clients site, every evening, the ladies there might even make you a cup of tea aswell :). But the first shift will probably be around 1 hour, sharing it with your boss so you get the ropes so to speak.. just to get it to that space where its looking great. So its easy right? Those Hours? Nothing on the TV at that time anyway! Maybe The Chase, or Holly Oaks and the news, but you can record that if you really want to.:/

What are the duties?

We will need you to ensure its safe and clean and germ free for the staff and visitors to site, so that will be wiping down the desks, vacuum/sweep hard floors, vacuum any carpets, mop the bathroom, generally taking pride in what you do. Again, Easy right?

Duties (In much more detail this time!)

Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate tools and cleaning agents
Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass doors, and fixtures to ensure clarity and shine
Dispose of trash and recyclables properly, adhering to waste management protocols
Follow safety procedures during cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning routines for prompt resolution
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to uphold the highest standards of hygiene

Requirements

Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods while performing cleaning tasks
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to thoroughness and quality
Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently within scheduled hours
Good communication skills to understand instructions and collaborate with team members
Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed
